Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our policy allows returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the car or bike parts you wish to return must meet the following criteria:


  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unopened and in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items related to car or bike parts cannot be returned unless they are directly associated with our products. This includes perishable goods, as they have a limited shelf life and cannot be resold. Examples of such perishable goods include automotive fluids and chemicals with expiration dates, adhesives and sealants with expiration dates, and batteries with limited shelf life.

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer, as it may lead to delays and complications.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)


In some cases, partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:



  • Items that show obvious signs of use.
  • Car or bike parts that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or
    are missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after the delivery date.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)



  • Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.
  • Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before the
    refund is officially posted.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there might be additional processing time required.

Sale Items (if applicable)


Regular-priced car or bike parts are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items are not.



Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace car or bike parts if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model or type, please send us an email at abc@gmail.com, and we will provide you with further instructions. Kindly send your item to:

Shipping

To return your car or bike parts, please mail your product to the address mentioned above. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.


The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.For items valued over $75, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
